1、Cut and assemble the pattern
Cut and assemble the pattern using paper masking tape.
Or use your preferred method to asembly the pattern.
2、Cut the leather
You will need approximately 16 sqft(1.5sqm) of 9-10 oz(3.5-4mm) leather.
3、Punch the holes
I use a 1.5mm hollow punch
4、Assembly and stitch the accessories
5、Finish the edges(optional)
I use edge dye from fiebinng's, uniters, giardini. any edge dye will do.
6、Stitch the accessories on the vest
I use 1mm waxed polyester thread.
7、Stitch the darts
8、The finished motorcycle armor vest
